You can let Bank of America know what you think of their policy of granting credit cards to illegal aliens, terrorists and anyone else who does not have or want to provide a social security number with credit cards by the simple act of BANKING SOMEWHERE ELSE! You can transfer your credit cards, move your savings and checking accounts, and refinance your loans with a bank which does not reward those who violate the laws of our land.
